Microgreens range

Chunky varieties:
Vivid purple radishes with a spicy taste. Exceptionally high in vitamins and minerals, its purple hue is also an antioxidant with anti cancer properties.
Purple Radishes 
Vivid purple colours with a spicy taste. Exceptionally high in vitamins and minerals. Radishes are loaded with vitamins, and beneficial nutrients such as enzymes, anti-oxidants, protein, minerals (Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc) and vitamins (including A,B,C,E,K).
Sunflower microgreens. ​Mild nutty flavour with a hint of lemon. A refreshing crunchy texture.  So good to add to stir fries. Could even replace the noodles.

​Sunflowers
​
Mild nutty flavour with a hint of lemon, that add and invigorating crunchy texture to your meals. They provide all of the essential amino acids, are really high in enzymes, contain high levels of antioxidants, vitamin A, C, E, selenium as well as  calcium, copper, iron, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium.​
These sweet and tender pea tendril microgreens are bred for its tendrils at the end of the shoots.  Adds a tasty succulent crunch to your meals.

Pea Tasty Tendrils
These sweet and delicate greens are very mild in flavour and add a fresh succulent crunch to your meals.
They lend a tender crispness to any dish whether served raw or cooked. 
They are very rich in vitamin C, and vitamin A. Plus they are exceptionally high in antioxidants. ​
Pink stem radish microgreens
Pink stem Radishes 
Packed with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants (like the Purple radish), these have a classic radish flavour with subtle pepper. Sometimes described as hot or spicy, these microgreens pack plenty of flavour, and with its contrasting colour of leaf and stem, they are sure to add a gourmet touch to a wide range of dishes.

Green Radishes 
Green radishes offer numerous health benefits, including being rich in antioxidants, vitamins A,C, E, and K, and high in the minerals calcium, iron and magnesium. Their distinct peppery flavour adds a unique touch to your meals, making them versatile to any diet. 
Borage microgreens
Upon request: Borage
Borage has a strong cucumber (or some say melon) flavour, with a tender succulent texture. As well as being a powerful antioxidant, they contain high levels of thiamin, vitamin B6, and folate, and are also rich in vitamins A and C, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, iron and potassium.

Dainty varieties:
Red cabbage microgreens. Mighty Greens loaded with vital nutrients.
Red Cabbage
Green leaves with violet stems, with a brassica flavour. Soft and fresh taste. Packed with anti-oxidants, amino acids, and key vitamins, including Vitamins C, A, and E, beta-carotenes, potassium and iron. These purple babies will gave your immune system a solid boost.

Red leaf Komatsuna microgeens
​Red leaf Mizuna
Mizuna is a very mild Japanese mustard. It has a very mild mustard / spice flavour that isn't overpowering. These are sought for their taste as well as medicinal and nutritional properties. They are a good source of vitamins A, C, E and K, iron, folate, B-complex vitamins like riboflavin, niacin, and thiamine, magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, and manganese.
Arugula mighty greens microgreens
Upon request: Arugula (rocket)
Also known as rocket or rucula these microgreens are packed with vitamin C. Besides being known for their unique taste, arugula microgreens also provide exceptionally high levels of calcium, as well as antioxidants, and high levels of vitamins A,C, and K, and iron.​​
Purple Kohlrabi microgreens. Mighty Greens packed with vital nutrients.
Purple Kohlrabi
Virbant purple coloured stems and contrasting green leaves. The flavour is similar to sweet, mild cabbage. Very nutritious with an extremely hight content of Vitamin C, and also high in fibre, B-complex, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.

Purple Pak Choy microgreens. Mighty Greens filled with goodness to boost your immune system.
Green Mizuna
Green mizuna features high amounts of Vitamins A and K while also containing good amounts of Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron. As a cruciferous vegetable, it is a great supplier of antioxidants. All of these benefits culminate in reduced risk of cancer, reduced risk of blood clots, vision support, and more.

Wheatgrass is wheat grown to a baby leaf stage, a highly nutritious and cleansing food source rich in vitamins, minerals, Amino acids, antioxidants and enzymes.

A highly nutritious and cleansing food source rich in vitamins, minerals, Amino acids, antioxidants and enzymes. Rich in vitamins A, B complex, C, and E, plus also contains iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and selenium.

Broccoli
This powerhouse green has a deliciously mild, fresh broccoli flavor. Favoured for its health benefits, being a great source of sulforaphane (anti-cancer properties). It also contains high levels of vitamin A, B, C, E, and K, and is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, phosporus, and zinc
Red leaf Mizuna microgreens
Upon request: ​Komatsuna​
Also referred to as the Japanaese mustard spinach (although not a true spinach). It is tender and delicate with a sweet flavor and mild mustard bite.  High in antioxidants, fiber, Vitamins A, B2, C, E, and K, beta carotene, and calcium. These microgreens also have ample amounts of sulforaphane (anti-cancer properties).​​

Upon request: Amaranth
This ancient superfood contains a robust flavour, similar to mustard but less spicy. High in vitamin A, B, C and E, and a rich source of protein, iron, copper, calcium,  magnesium, zinc, and manganese.

What's in a Jar...
The varieties that are in the standard 'mix of all' jar include peashoots, 2 types of radishes, sunflowers, green & red mizuna, red cabbage, and purple kohlrabi.
If you'd prefer to exclude some varieties and /or prefer to add others, just send me a message and we can customise your jar no problem.

The shelf life of microgreens is up to 10 days after harvesting.  Keep refrigerated. Recommended to wash before use.​
